Tuesday, October 17th - Top 20 Plated Dinner

  • $55 Inclusive per person (Includes seating)
  • $10 Seating Only (No Dinner)
  • Green Salad with Mixed Greens, Diced Tomatoes, Shredded Carrots, and Croutons served with Ranch Dressing and Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Rolls and Butter
  • Choice of Entree:
    • Seared Salmon with Red Pepper Coulis
    • Garlic and Herb Rubbed Chicken Breast with Picatta Sauce
    • Grilled Sirloin with Red Wine Demi Glaze
  • Served with Mashed Red Potatoes and Sauteed Green Beans
  • Chocolate Layer Cake with Chocolate Sauce and Whipped Cream
  • Iced Tea and Coffee Service

Thursday, October 19th - Auction Dinner Buffet

  • $40 Inclusive per person
  • Italian Mixed Green Salad with Diced Tomatoes, Shaved Red Onion, Parmesan Cheese, and Golden Italian Vinaigrette

  • Garlic Toast
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Penne Pasta with Choice of Marinara Sauce or Cream Sauce and Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions

Friday, October 20th - Awards Plated Dinner

  • $55 Inclusive per person
  • Mixed Green Salad with Diced Tomatoes, Shaved Carrots, Croutons, Ranch Dressing and Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Rolls and Butter
  • Choice of Entree:
    • Herb & Garlic Grilled Petite Filet with Red Wine Demi Glaze and (3) Grilled Shrimp (25/30) -OR-
    • Salmon and (3) Grilled Shrimp (25/30) with Rosemary Beurre Blanc
  • Sour Cream-Mashed Red Potatoes and Sauteed Asparagus
  • (2) Desserts: Hotel staff to serve desserts every other person
    • New York Style Cheesecake with Strawberry Compote and Whipped Cream and
    • Caramel Apple Torte with Burbon Creme Anglaise

Reserved Dinner Tables

Reserved dinner tables will be available for purchase for the Top 20, the Auction and the Awards dinners. Tables will be 12 tops (10 for Auction). The price is $120 per table for Top 20 and Awards, $100 for Auction.

The rules are as follows:
  1. One person must be the contact for each reserved table. Name, email and mobile phone to be provided. Only the contact can make changes.
     
  2. One payment of $120 ($100 for Auction) must be made through the GDCA online store by the contact
     
  3. Reservation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the National.
     
  4. Tables must be full at the time of the reservation. A detailed list of those sitting at the table must be sent to the Chair via email at the time of reservation. Dinners must be paid prior to Reservation being accepted through GDCA online store.
     
  5. Request must be sent to Chair, Kathy Toomey, at kvathome@hotmail.com
     
  6. The contact person for each table can text Kathy at 661-433-1490 with questions or problems.
     
  7. If someone is listed on more than one table the second request for a reserved table will be declined until the seating issue is resolved.
     
  8. No refunds. No exceptions. Any request for a reserved table that does not follow the rules will be declined.
     
  9. If your table is not full 15 minutes prior to dinner service we reserve the right to fill your table.
